Every Bossa order is decorated to your exact specs: your logo, your colours, your garment, your sizing. Because the work is one-of-a-kind, we put care into every step before production. A clear proof on every order, internal test stitches on every new logo, and a straightforward path forward if anything ever falls short.

Before Production · How We Catch Issues

A proof on every order. Approve once, produce confidently.

Before any garment touches a needle, we send you a digital proof of the artwork in its final stitch-ready form: placement, dimensions, thread colours, the works. Issues spotted at proof get corrected on us; nothing goes to production until you say yes.

For every new logo, we also test-stitch internally before we ever run your order. Quality control happens before your garments do.

If We Made the Error

We make it right.

If a Bossa production error causes your order to deviate from the approved proof (wrong colour, wrong placement, wrong size, wrong artwork, defect in stitching), we will repair, remake, or refund the affected pieces.

For garments you bought through us, the remake is at our cost. No invoice gymnastics, no debate. For garments you brought to us, we'll cover the decoration work and partner with you on the garment side to find a solution that's fair to both of us.

Let us know within 14 days of receipt with photos. We'll respond within one business day with a path forward.

If There's a Garment Defect

Manufacturer issues, handled.

If you find a defect in a blank we supplied that isn't decoration-related (a manufacturing flaw in the garment itself), let us know within 7 days of receipt with photos. We'll work with the manufacturer's warranty program to sort it out and re-decorate replacements.

For garments you supplied to us, returns are handled directly through your original supplier. We'll always re-decorate replacement pieces at cost when the defect is the garment, not our work.

Cancellations & Changes

Before stitching: yes. After: please talk to us.

Need to change the order, the artwork, or the spec before we start production? Reach out. Adjustments are free up until proof approval and limited after that. Once stitching begins, cancellation isn't possible because the garments are now custom inventory with no resale value. If your situation changes mid-production, call us. We'll do everything reasonable to help, and we'll commit to what we can actually deliver.
