For most corporate apparel we recommend embroidery: it's raised, stitched and lasts the life of the garment, which is why premium brands choose it for polos, caps and jackets. When your logo has photographic detail, gradients or a lot of small colour, DTF (direct-to-film) reproduces it cleanly. Send us your artwork and we'll tell you which finish suits it best.
Yes. There's a one-time setup on a new logo: digitizing for embroidery, or print-file prep for DTF. It carries forward to every reorder, so identical reorders are never re-charged setup. Your quote shows it before you approve anything.
Send us your brand colours (Pantone references are ideal) and we match them in-house, then lock them to your spec so every piece and every reorder comes out the same. For embroidery we run Isacord polyester thread and pick the closest shade with our own Bossa ThreadMatch tool. You approve the colour on your proof before anything is produced.
