Standard production runs ship within a week from artwork approval. Rush orders are accepted on a case-by-case basis, and most can be turned around in 24 to 72 hours. We'll never commit to a date we can't hit.

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, and SVG. Once your logo is digitized for embroidery, it stays in your logo library for instant reorders. No re-setup, no re-charge.

Yes. PO numbers, line-level coding, AP-specific templates: we adapt to your system. Tell us what your finance team needs and we'll match it.

Embroidery, crests, DTF (direct-to-film), and UV stickers, all in-house in Toronto. Embroidery is the durable, premium finish for almost any garment: stitched, raised, and lasting the life of the piece. DTF is the call when your client's art needs full-colour detail, photos, or gradients.

Send us the artwork and the garment, and we'll tell you which method gives your client the best result. We don't screen print.

Yes. Send in your own blanks or your client's garments and we'll decorate them. We check every piece before we stitch and treat them like our own.

You can also pull from our catalogue if you'd rather we supply the garments. Either way works.

We proof before production and inspect every piece before it ships, so most issues never reach you. If a production error does get through on garments bought through us, we fix it at our cost: repair, remake, or refund. Your client never pays for our mistake, and neither do you.
