If your question isn't here, drop us a note through the contact form and we'll get back to you.
Easiest way is the Shop Now button at the top right of the page. That takes you to our online portal where you can place most orders directly.
If your project is custom or you want to talk it through first, reach out through the contact form or come visit us at the studio in Toronto.
No, there is no minimum order at Bossa. We'll happily take a single piece or a run of several thousand, and the work goes through the exact same in-house digitizing and stitch-by-stitch quality check either way. A one-off monogrammed jacket, a single memorial patch, one embroidered baby blanket, or a thousand corporate polos all get the same care at our Toronto studio. The only thing that changes with quantity is the per-piece price: because digitizing a design is a one-time setup cost, ordering more pieces spreads that cost further and lowers the unit price. So order exactly what you need. You'll never be turned away for ordering small, and you'll never pay a per-piece penalty for a single item.
Most standard orders are ready within about a week of artwork approval, and many smaller orders are finished sooner. Everything is produced in-house at our Toronto studio at 100 The East Mall, so we control the schedule instead of waiting on an outside vendor. Rush and same-day order completion are available on accepted timelines. Tell us your deadline up front and we'll tell you straight whether we can hit it, not three days before it's due. Once a design is approved and digitized, reorders move faster because the setup is already done. For a tight deadline, call us at 416-251-0203 and we'll let you know that day what's possible and arrange studio pickup or tracked shipping to suit your timeline.
For embroidery, any format works: PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG, even a clear phone photo. Our team will take it from there.
For DTF transfers or UV stickers, a vector file (Adobe Illustrator preferred) gives the best result. We can also work from a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background at 300 dpi, but the final quality will reflect the artwork you send.
If you already have a digitized embroidery file from a previous shop, we'll accept an EMB file. Otherwise, we'll digitize for you from scratch.
Yes. Our in-house design team works with whatever you bring: a napkin sketch, a phone photo, an AI-generated image, a screenshot of something that inspired you. We'll refine it, send you a proof, and only stitch once you're happy.
Yes. Once your logo or design is digitized and approved, the file stays on record at our Toronto studio permanently, with no re-digitizing fee on future orders. Every reorder runs on the identical spec: same dimensions, same thread colours, same stitch density, and same placement, so a batch you order years from now matches your first one exactly. That consistency matters most for uniform programs, sports teams, and corporate apparel that get refreshed over time, where every new run needs to look like the last. To reorder, just reference your previous order or send the same logo again and we'll pull the saved file. Because the one-time digitizing cost was covered on your first run, repeat orders are both faster to produce and simpler to quote.
Yes. Colour accuracy is part of the job, not an extra. Send us a Pantone (PMS) reference, a hex code, or a physical sample of the colour you need and we'll match our thread or print to it as closely as the material allows. For embroidery we select from a deep library of thread colours to hit your brand standard; for DTF and UV printing we calibrate the output so it matches your reference rather than landing 'close enough.' Brand consistency matters a lot for corporate and reseller work, so if an exact match isn't achievable on a particular fabric or finish, we'll flag it before production and recommend the nearest reliable option. Bring us your brand colours and we'll make sure what ships actually looks like your brand. You can also preview the closest thread to any Pantone or hex code yourself with Bossa ThreadMatch, the colour-matching tool we built in-house.
It comes down to the artwork and the look you want. Embroidery is the premium, durable finish for almost any garment: it's raised and stitched, it carries a luxury feel, and it lasts the life of the piece, which is why premium brands choose it.
DTF (direct-to-film) is the better pick when your design has full-colour detail, photographs, or gradients that thread can't hold. Send us your artwork and where it's going and we'll tell you which method does it justice, and we'll proof it before anything goes into production.
There's a one-time setup on the first run of a design: digitizing for embroidery, or print-file prep for DTF and UV stickers. That setup carries forward to every reorder of the same artwork, so you're not charged for it again when you come back. For DTF and UV, the prep also includes cleaning the artwork (removing halos and stray edge colour), and there's a small charge for that the first time. Every decoration method needs some setup up front, but you only pay it once per design.
Both work. Bring in a jacket you already own, garments you've sourced for your team, a wedding-party robe set, or a vintage piece, and we'll decorate it. Or pick something from our catalogue and we'll source it for you. Either way, your garment is treated like our own.
Almost anything that holds thread, transfer, or sticker. Polos, t-shirts, hoodies, jackets, hats, robes, towels, bags, totes, hockey jerseys, lab coats, workwear, blankets, aprons, chef coats. If you're unsure about a specific item, send us a photo or bring it in and we'll tell you straight.
Often yes. Send a clear photo or scan of what you have. We can digitize from photos when original artwork isn't around, match thread colours to aged originals, and recreate vintage crests for repair work. Note: for individual customers, we won't reproduce copyrighted logos without written permission from the brand.
Both finishes are built to last. For embroidery, wash inside out in cool or warm water and tumble dry low; the Isacord polyester thread holds its colour wash after wash. For DTF, the same gentle approach keeps the print looking sharp: turn the garment inside out, wash cool, and skip high heat and harsh bleach. Treated this way, the decoration lasts the life of the garment.
Yes. We ship Canada-wide by tracked courier on every order, from coast to coast, with transit time depending on your province. Local pickup is also available at our Toronto studio at 100 The East Mall, Unit 10, and pickup can often be ready the same day an order is finished. We don't promise same-day courier delivery, because once a parcel is with the carrier the final delivery time isn't ours to guarantee. We'll always tell you realistic timing up front. For multi-location corporate orders, we sort, label, and ship to each office separately before anything leaves our facility, so nothing has to be re-handled at your end. Tell us the destinations and deadline and we'll lay out the fastest reliable option for each.
Every project is custom, so each item varies in pricing. We need to see the design, the size, the quantity, and the garment to give you an accurate quote. For embroidery, stitch count and logo size are the main factors. For crests, DTF, and UV stickers, size and quantity drive the cost. Resellers get tiered pricing based on stitch count and volume. Send us the details and we'll come back with a clear, itemised quote.
Easiest way is the Shop Now button at the top right. That takes you to the online portal where your logo will already be loaded and ready to reorder.
If you haven't ordered through the portal before, reach out and let us know what you're looking to reorder. We'll find your logo on file and get in touch with any questions.
Because every order is custom, all sales are final once production begins. If a production error puts the work off-spec from the approved proof, we'll repair, remake, or refund the affected pieces: at our cost when the garment was bought through us, and in partnership with you for garments you supplied. Yes. Bossa has been operating from Toronto for three decades. If it's a brand or logo you'd recognize, Canadian or multinational, chances are we've stitched it, or are stitching it now.
Yes. Several of our reseller partners have been with us for 20+ years, and the relationship runs deep. Trade pricing is structured to give resellers a real margin (volume- and stitch-count-based), and we follow strict rules about not marketing to the accounts you bring us. See our Trade Promise →
