Yes. No minimum. Whether it's a single jacket, one custom patch, or one personalized gift, every order runs through the same machines and the same quality checks.
Both work. Bring in a jacket you already own, a wedding-party robe set, or a sentimental piece you want restored, and we'll decorate it. Or pick something from our catalogue. Either way, your garment is treated with care, inspected, and returned on time. We treat every piece as if it were our own.
Yes. Our in-house design team works with whatever you bring: a napkin sketch, a phone photo, an AI-generated image, a screenshot of something that inspired you. We'll refine it, send you a proof, and only stitch once you're happy. There's no "we can't work from that" here.

Often yes. Send us a clear photo or scan of what you have and we'll tell you what's possible. We can digitize from photos when the source artwork isn't available.
Standard turnaround is roughly a week from artwork approval, depending on workload. Rush orders are accepted. Let us know your deadline and we'll tell you immediately what's possible.
Yes. Canada-wide shipping with tracking. Local pickup is also available at our Toronto studio.
Every piece is custom, so each item varies in pricing. We need to see the design, the garment, the size, and the quantity to give you an accurate quote. Send a photo or sketch of what you have in mind through the shop or the quote form and we'll come back with clear, itemised pricing you can read at a glance.
Embroidery is stitched in, so it holds up to normal washing and wearing for the life of the garment. Turn the piece inside out, wash cool, and skip the hot dryer to keep the threads and the garment looking their best. We use Isacord polyester thread, which keeps its colour through regular washing.
Embroidery is the raised, stitched finish that lasts the life of the piece, and it's the right call for most personal projects. For a full-colour photo, a gradient, or fine detail that's hard to reproduce in thread, we may suggest DTF (direct-to-film) instead. Send us the artwork and we'll recommend the finish that does it justice.
Yes. We keep your digitized artwork on file, so an identical reorder picks up right where the first one left off, with no setup charged again. Just tell us what you ordered and we'll match it.
