We confirm receipt and any questions within hours during business days. Most quotes come back the same business day. For urgent requests, call us directly at 416-251-0203 and we'll move you up the queue.
There is no minimum. We'll quote one piece or one thousand. Quote turnaround and per-piece pricing scale with quantity, but you're never turned away for ordering small.
PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, and SVG all work. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) give the cleanest results, but we can also digitize from a good-resolution PNG or JPG. If your file isn't perfect, we'll tell you what we need.
Yes, frequently. Tell us your deadline and we'll tell you immediately what's possible. Same-day and next-day rush are standard for tight-deadline work.
Digitizing is a one-time setup per design. Once your logo is digitized, it stays in your account permanently. You're not re-charged when you reorder the same design.
Tell us as soon as possible. The earlier we know, the more options we have. We'll work backwards from your new date and tell you exactly what we can hold.
Send your artwork or logo, the garment or item you want decorated, the quantity, and your deadline. It also helps to know the decoration type you have in mind (embroidery, crests, DTF, or UV stickers). If you're not sure which finish suits the job, tell us what you're making and we'll recommend one.
No. Send whatever you have and we'll quote from it. If you don't have vector art, we redraw your logo to vector as part of setup, so a clear image or even a rough idea is enough to get started.
We prepare a proof and send it for your approval before anything goes into production. Once you sign off on the proof, most orders are ready about a week later, and we can ship Canada-wide by tracked courier or hold it for studio pickup.
