Vector art (AI, EPS, or PDF) is ideal and lets us start fastest, but a clear reference or sketch works too: we redraw to vector in-house if you don't have it. Embroidery is digitized once and that file is kept for the show, so reorders skip the setup step.
Yes. Send us the character pieces or stock you already have and we decorate on those. One piece or fifty, the turnaround is the same, and there's no minimum order.
Yes. We keep the digitized artwork on file for the show, so a damaged hero piece or a new cast member matches the original exactly. Reorders aren't re-charged setup, and we run rush on those too.
